Taliban Suicide Bomber Attacks Afghan Police Convoy, Wounds Two Civilians PDF Print E-mail

Nawa Barakyzayee district, Helmand Province: Eight injured Afghans arrived at a Coalition Patrol Base this morning after their encounter with a Taliban Suicide Bomber. Six were Afghan National Policemen, two were non-combatants who were nearby when the bomber ignited his device. Several of the wounded received serious wounds from the attack and required surgery. All were provided medical care on-site and transported to a Coalition Medical Facility for further treatment.
