Update: One servicemember killed, one died of wounds,one wounded by IED

BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan – One Coalition servicemember was killed and two were wounded by an improvised explosive device in the Kot District of Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan, today.
The servicemembers were responding to an IED discovered by Afghan National Security Forces earlier today when a secondary device detonated near their vehicle.
The two wounded servicemembers were evacuated to a Coalition medical facility for treatment. Their conditions are unknown at this time.
In accordance with Combined Joint Task Force-82 policy, the names and nationalities of the deceased and wounded are being withheld pending the notification of the next-of-kin.
Update:
One of the two wounded Coalition servicemembers died from his wounds yesterday after an improvised explosive device blast in the Kot District of Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan.
