BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan (August 28, 2008) – A Coalition service member was killed while conducting a patrol in southern Afghanistan, Wednesday. 

The name and nationality of the service member is being withheld until next of kin notification is complete.

This incident is under investigation.
