Coalition service member killed in Helmand province

BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan (June 19, 2008) – One coalition service member died of gunshot wounds and two others were wounded while conducting operations in Helmand province Thursday around 8 p.m.
The wounded have been taken to Farah Hospital for treatment. Coalition forces secured the scene.
The names and nationalities of the service members will be released pending notification of next of kin.
